"Anemia mostly affects meat eaters."
Exaggeration or attack
They claim more than the evidence supports, or attack people instead of discussing what they do.
Why it is weak
It's a base-rate fallacy: since most people eat meat, most cases of almost anything occur among meat eaters. That doesn't show that meat causes anemia.
And it hides something worth acknowledging: vegetarians and vegans tend to have lower iron stores.
How to say it better
Eating meat doesn't prevent anemia, which is common on every diet. What prevents it is planned eating, with iron sources, vitamin C at meals and tests when needed.
